2026 Priorities & Predictions for HR Leaders

Kick off the year by connecting with your peers and hearing from the CHROs from Starbucks and Nordstrom.

Join us for the first Seattle CHO Group meeting of 2026, where senior HR leaders come together to share perspectives, debate ideas, and prepare for the year ahead.

The world of work doesn’t stand still—unrest in the U.S., global uncertainty, shifting trade dynamics, and rapid advances in AI are reshaping the talent landscape. These forces bring complexity, but also opportunity. This session is designed to help you make sense of what’s coming and, more importantly, learn from how your peers are approaching it.

Each year, i4cp gathers insights from hundreds of human capital executives—heads of HR, talent, learning, talent acquisition, DEI, total rewards, and people analytics—to uncover the most critical priorities and predictions for the year ahead.

In this forward-looking session, you’ll take part in a conversation featuring Sara Kelly, EVP & Chief Partner Officer at Starbucks, and Lisa Price, Chief Human Resources Officer at Nordstrom. You’ll also hear highlights from i4cp’s 2026 Priorities & Predictions Report, including:

  • Key predictions that represent opportunities for the HR profession in 2026
  • Top priorities of CHROs and other HR leaders
  • Strategies to navigate uncertainty and accelerate impact

This meeting is designed to be highly interactive—serving as a sounding board for you and your peers to share, test, and refine ideas at a pivotal moment in the year.
