Sharon Northern is currently the Chief HR Officer for a non-profit behavioral health agency headquartered in Tucson, with locations all across Arizona. Sharon’s 22+ year background in Human Resources has included public, private equity, and non-profit organizations as well as multi-state, multi-site locations, and industries across a diverse spectrum. Sharon has had responsibility and oversight of HR strategy and operations, workforce and talent development, benefits and compensation, employee relations, legal, compliance and diversity, equity and inclusion. Sharon has a passion for leadership development and training, specifically for women in leadership roles, and is a fierce advocate for equality for all women. Sharon was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and currently lives in Tucson with her husband of 25 years. She loves running and being outdoors, even when that includes very bad golf shots.

Vince Daniels
In his previous roles as Chief Human Resources Officer for Shamrock Foods Company, Reinhart Foodservice and The Martin-Brower Company, Vince Daniels is a well-respected and trusted business advisor. He is recognized as an expert in building organizational excellence, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and leveraging talent management as a key differentiator. Vince currently serves as a consultant for Korn Ferry and works closely with large public and private companies in designing and managing next generation human capital strategies.
Vince’s experience includes multitudes of industries including law enforcement, distribution, manufacturing, government, and engineering. He has lead large scale business transformations including realigning business structures to support accelerated performance and rapid expansion. His ability to design and implement comprehensive HR strategies has retained top talent and driven organizational effectiveness worldwide. He is known as a dynamic leader with strong management, financial, and operations acumen.
His proudest professional accomplishment is contributing to the development of five former direct reports who now serve as CHROs. He is also a sought after motivational speaker for various groups and companies interested in leadership, change and organizational effectiveness. Vince holds an MBA from Belmont University and a BS from Middle Tennessee State University. He received a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a Certified Six Sigma

Her career highlights include implementing lean methodologies that significantly reduced costs and improved efficiency, as well as driving substantial revenue growth through strategic initiatives. With a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and a background that includes 21 years with the United States Air Force’s human resources team, Nicole offers valuable insights on developing future-ready HR competencies and elevating HR’s organizational impact.
